excellent staff. good clean rooms, fantastic location and all our needs were taken care of; they also had In-room dining available which was a pleasant surprise. Extended my stay for 1 additional day.

everything was perfect, there wasn't anything that i didn't like for this property.

The room size & the attached small living room for having meals / breakfast or simple sitting , is cute. The room itself is sweet, with the view of the busy Varanasi street.I was on the 3 rd floor so had lots of sunlight.Loved all the artwork and the aesthetic plus the property is kept clean. Could have some more hooks to hang clothes in the room & bathroom.All the dishes / food ordered were excellent and tasty and served warm and the staff is also courteous & happy to help.Would highly recommend the space.

They could’ve included a basic breakfast/ tea/coffee in the cost.

The room: the mattress was worn out, the toilet seat moving, the light very poor. The location good, very close to the Assi Ghat however the noise till 2 am was extremely loud.

The location, although on a very busy and noisy street, was great for getting around the main sites. Good shower and helpful staff. Our room had a nice balcony which could have been better looked after.

The rooms look tired and the walls and doors were dirty. The ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work and a grimy bath mat which was replaced when we pointed it out. The price being charged for the room is too high for the standard provided.

Staff were wonderfull and we were really pleased with our choice of accommodation. Great room and facilities.

Slightly cold so more heat or blankets. Elevator music was loud and did disturb during early morning and evening.

It’s located at walking distance from the Assi Ghat. Very close to a lot of food street food stalls and a lot of rickshaws available. The staff were very helpful and prompt.

There nothing to dislike about the place. Only that it gets a bit noisy at odd hours due to its proximity to the ghat.

The guys that welcome the guests, super kind We asked for an heater and they bought it for us

The building and the bedrooms are really humid, old and not comfortable at all
