front desk people are also not supportive, for early check in I have provided extra money, still they gave me used room. I room there were no paste, kettle for hot water. They were seeking money in all the way, were to grab. I had a very bad experience with hotel.

Infrastructure broken in washroom, lights not working properly

Bedsheets torn with a big hole. Bed uncomfortable. No cleaning has done while stay. Very bad breakfast. Very narrow street. Don't like anything. No phone for any contact.

部屋は清潔で広く、シャワーのお湯もふんだんに出ました。 ホテルの近くに美味しいレストラン、ジューススタンド、チャイ屋さんなどがあり、スタッフもフレンドリー。交通の便も非常にいい。

何か頼んだ時のリアクションがちょっと遅かったり、スタッフが交代していると話が伝わっていなかったりはしました。でも、最終的にはちゃんとやってくれます。

The room was clean.

Very disappointing experience due to the staff behavior. We paid extra for early check-in and were initially given a different room since our booked room was unavailable. Later, the staff confirmed that we could continue in the same room for our extended stay. However, late at night and again early morning, they repeatedly asked us to shift rooms after already confirming otherwise. We had to argue just to retain the room. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed to treat customers differently. Our booking included breakfast, but after the disagreement they denied it and even pressured us to check out earlier than the actual checkout time. The room was good, but the service completely ruined the stay.
