Loved the pool, the privacy and tranquility of the property. The staff were ever so helpful, warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The hot water showers were inconsistent - would start off warm then quickly became lukewarm within 5-10 mins. Thankfully, the weather was super hot so a cool shower was most welcome.

Even if I booked for 4 people (indicating the age of the kids) it seems it was expected that we would all sleep in 1 double bed.

Kubu Benoa was a beautiful stay. The family are very professional all rounders with warm attributes. Breakfast is delicious simple and perfect sizing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and getting to know the Kubu Benoa family. Thank you for having us.
