Visited this property 3 days before our check-in and found that the room was not enough for a family of four. (Paid for a extra bed as well) Spoke with the owner/manager and informed the situation. They confirmed a full refund verbally and through whatsapp. It's been two months. No refund was paid. Booking.com refuses to assist. PS. Location is not suitable for a family and the property is isolated. Situated in a unsafe area.

Clean and very nice pool, service from family excellent

The rooms are clean and spacious. There are many restaurants, massage parlors and shops in the area.

Nyoman and his family are absolutely amazing. Travelled solo with my child. They made us feel right at home. The guest house is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable and very clean with the addition of a TV (if interested) and a safe to put your valuables. Anything you need, from scooter higher to tours to any location or needing a driver, just ask Nyoman or his son, and they will organise it for you and at the best price! Breakfast is included in the stay, and the location is perfect, away from the business of Bali but central to reach any attractions you might want to do. We were so sad to leave! Highly recommended for families and couples alike. We will certainly come back! Thank you for a fantastic 9 days' stay!

Absolutely kind and helpful gentleman running the place. Clean room, good price with a small pool at your doorstep.

Just location and pool.

Noisy location (motorbikes and planes) Staff doesn’t clean the room without request Very noisy in the yard. Rooms are close to each other. Visitors don’t respect to each other. Staff doesn’t control this. We are advise to stay at this property up to 1 night.
