"Highly recommend accommodation"

It was very clean Nyoman asked us all the time if we were happy and was everything ok. Breakfast was good. Great pool. We stayed 5 days. It was off the main road (about 3 mins) so was very quiet.

Nothing not to like about the accommodation but we were disappointed with the area we chose. Not a great beach and traffic was very loud and fast. We tried to eat in places that had doors to shield from the main road.

"Great stay except for stolen items of minimal value..."

Good location, nice room for the price, clean-ish (some mold in the bathroom and shower), property manager is fantastic, free parking, nice pool, breakfast was delicious but has minimal variety.

Cleaning staff stole random items. We had a bag of Qtips that was full at the beginning of our stay and after 3 weeks, we had 1/4 left. My men's rubber/silicone wedding ring went "missing". The most odd item stolen, was my wife's used toothbrush and travel case. It was extremely bizarre that these were the items that went missing...but we can confirm they went missing. Had this not happened...we would have rated this place a 10...so odd.

"The most amazing, welcoming hotel/ villa in bali. if not the world."

The staff at Kubu benoa guest house were just lovely. So sweet and welcoming, the room it self was great, the shower had so much pressure. The nasi goreng for breakfast was amazing, no need to try anything else. The owner was so nice and welcoming, he was funny, caring and always wishing my sister and I well. The rooms were also cleaned so quickly and to such a high standard. Cannot fault this place, great value, sensational staff, relaxing atmosphere and a quality room. Will definitely be staying here for my next trip.
