Kubu Benoa Guest House

The owners could not have been more friendly. Immaculately clean and spotless. Great location amongst restaurants, cafes and shops but set back down a quiet lane so was very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The only reason this is a 9, not a 10 is as a family of four, kids 8&9 we were only given one double bed. Maybe it would be an idea not to advertise this as suitable if we would then be charged an extra 200rhp per night for another single bed. Other than this we would highly recommend this place.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Nasi Goreng for breakfast was delicious! Clean, modern comfy rooms. Great location to many shops and restaurants.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. I bought fruit at the local market which they prepared for us, offering the excess to the other guests as per my request. The breakfast were good and the bed comfortable.

The staff turned our thermostat warmer when we were out so when we came back the room was very uncomfortably warm. There were ants on the floor in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay, with a good location. I assumed this was a common practice in Bali due to the cost of electricity so when we left the next day we turned the thermostat up a bit. They left it at the temp we set so we came back to a cool room.

Cannot go wrong at this location. Great clean value for money.
