Clean environment

Restaurant menu card was excellent but if you order they would say it was not available. Difference between listed menu and availability was a great disappointment.

organized and high-quality materials and clothes were provided

There were no slippers, and there was no coffee (I had to ask them every day for coffee in the morning). There was nowhere in the room whether the reception and house keeping phone numbers were written.
