Overall, my stay at fabhotel new dream palace exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers a clean, and comfortable room experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The place is horrible and dirty. The rooms are very small, stained and dirty. We changed 2 rooms and both were dirty. The sheets were stained in blood and had marks. The doors don't lock properly, no hot water in shower, no room cleaning.It was very obvious that the place is shady and used for other activities. We hardly stayed for a day and then ran off to another place. This is my worst stay experience. Booking.com shouldn't show listings like these and should double check before showing stay options

Room was so dusty, including the curtain, bed sheet pillow everything. Rat was there in our room and outside was too noisy- so uncomfortable to sleep. TV was not working. No complimentary water. Bad service. Not at all worth to money that we paid(1900rupees).

We booked a deluxe triple room. But the room neither looked like a deluxe kind nor was it big enough for three people. The photos posted on website looked entirely different from what it really was and for the funniest part, even the name of the hotel was different!! They did not even provide a neat bedsheet, the bed was full of mosquito blood and all!
