Location

Overall service was poor with Wifi not working throughout 13 days, very cheap breakfast provided by buying from roadside stall, lots of mosquito in the room, property door only opens at 8am.

Oyo had partnetnership with booking.com and advertised the 2 rooms for 3 days at a price of 3500 rs.After prior confirmation we arrived at the hotel 20 long hour journey.When.arrived at the hotel the hotel starting saying that we have to pay.additional 3k that's oyo price.We asked that it was advertised as per that we payed and you have confirmed.The hotel staff said that we have nothing to.do with booking.com and even if you ask booking.com you will never get answers. I.have spoken to booking.com and they promised me to resolve the issue and they will call back.But I never got a call. I am really disappointed by this.and will never recommend booking through oyo nor booking.com.As they don't have any customer service.They only rely on fake ads.
