Location close to train station and lots of food options, staff excellent, very polite, liked the place, would stay again

The room is spacious with a fridge and freezer. Bed is large and comfortable, overall it did the job. We checked in very late and out very early at short notice which can be quite awkward sometimes. The staff made it super easy, though, and it was a very efficient process.

Didn't love the location although shops nearby is convenient. The room is a bit grubby. Could definitely have been cleaner The room smelled like smoke a bit

Location close to Tebet train station was good. The bed was comfortable. Kettle in the nearby kitchen. Mini fridge in room. The staff was helpful.

Not very clean and some mold in bathroom. Its a shame. The place could be amazing otherwise.

The room was clean and comfortable, big bed, table, fridge. AC and hot water available 24/7. The staff was very helpful even with Google translate. Tebet station is indeed in 7 minutes walk and right across the road there is Alfamart.

The room is smaller than in photos, but for this price it's good.

I had a pleasant stay at Rhiz Guest House Tebet. The location is great, just a short walk to Tebet railway station and close to convenient stores and eateries. The room was clean, but the bathroom could use some improvement, as there was an unpleasant smell. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money, especially for a central location in Jakarta. I would recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay.
