Hotel Park Residency

Room was spacious and clean and was perfect for a family. Location was easy to find out and excellent for transit stay while going to Ooty.

Breakfast was not up to the expectations and could have been made better. Staff was found to be in efficient at the resturant to serve the food in time.

The overall layout of the items. simple things like salt and pepper not available, entire menu was. old and cold, no cereals,etc etc

The hotel met the Quality of Star Rating, it was Comfortable and Great Stay. I had able do my work without any interruption and also could spent time with the family. Very Good maintenance.

Mini bar wasn’t in operational in the room or No liquors served in Room, You need go by your own to order and collect in the Bar and bring it which is quite wired. Rest all was good. Little more improvement may require for precise cleaning due to salt water, but it was good.

The staffs were good and did a good job.

The smell of the room and the air from the AC duct was smelly. Inspite of complaining to the reception guys, there was nothing done.
