Rooms were clean...comfortable stay

Gloomy restaurant ambience,,unenthusiastic and disinterested staff,bland breakfast horrible black coffee , limited choice of food, long wait for food .... an overall lacklustre service was a complete let down...

-Sheets were dirty with large stains as well as bath towels -Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke

Washroom floor oily . No chapels in the room

Over all the stay was great. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr.Tu the FOM who was very efficient and helpful while upon arrival we came to know that the standard room of the hotel are twin bed and this was not mentioned in booking.com while making the reservation and I was traveling with my wife. Mr. Tu was very helpful and polite while handling the situation when my wife raised the concern.

Hotel should coordinate with booking.com and mention the twin bed feature in the standard room booking which is not mentioned in the description. To avoid similar situations with clients. Only a feedback that washroom must be more clean and bright in terms of lights. Washroom lights were very dim. Washroom in the shower area has water stain marks.

The facility was clean. Air-conditioning was good. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast could be better. I had booked through booking.com. Breakfast was not included in my booking. However, the site mentioned that breakfast was available at Rs150 per person per night. However, they billed @Rs 200+tax, and they said they were not aware of what was in the booking.com site. There was no kettle or facility to make tea or coffee in the room.
