Rooms were not clean as shown on the website. Very poor staffing and arrogant too. Very unhygienic. Have to pay extra offline as they tried to do unethical practices and try to take advantage of my stay as I checked in late so they asked me to pay extra where i have to pay extra 1500rs/- over and above in cash. No complementary water bottle and for 20/- rs bottle they charged me 50/-rs as the staff replied saying it's too late and asked me go and get a water bottle from outside. Where they are responsible to keep stock of such amenities with them. Would expect an strict action against such hoteliers who makes it uneasy to stay in hotels.

Pathetic experience. Dont go with this Hotel. Hotel is like haunted house very old construction. I would recommend to remove this hotel from service list. There was a smell of dead mice in the room. It didn't take more than 15 minutes for my head to start hurting because of the odour. My request to change rooms was denied by the hotel staff and i was forced to stay with odour. As a result, I had left the hotel by midnight. Additionally i noticed that Night shift person was drunked.
