Hotel New Sarah Inn, Andheri West

They have the basic things like AC, TV, geysers. Staffs are helpful and prompt. For one night before you catch your flight the next day, it is a value for money. Don't expect too much though.

We ordered for food, it arrived in packages but hotel didn't have enough plates, forks and spoons. Payment had to be done in advance which should have been mentioned earlier so that travellers are prepared. Although there is a lift, for those who want to take stairs the stairs should be well maintained and lit up.

Nothing, really

The location is very shady, the washroom was very small and there was noise coming from behind a door above the bathroom. Also, my booking showed as cancelled just before I checked out.
