"Guantamo Bay in Siliguri"

Nothing.

Situated in a dinghy hard to locate alley. Dining hall was filthy.. food strewn on tables & floor. Kitchen staff were arguing with each other very loudly. Table linen was dirty. Not enough cutlery. Vegetarian restaurant had very limited menu. The large triple bedroom was very very small. Compelled to book another double room at an inflated price. Overall look of the place was like a prison cell. Staff sullen & hostile. Seemed like they would have slit our throats in our sleep, and robbed us of everything we had.
