Even though there were problems with the A/C after we moved in to the hotel, the staffs were very prompt to rearrange the room and move us.

I actually booked for 1 day ,but due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to extend my stay at saluja for 3 more days.due to unavailability of rooms i had to shift to another room at same charge,but the room locking system was not ok.despite of saying this at the reception,they neither changed the room nor got the lock repaired,so every time i had to call room service for locking and unlocking my room .location wise it is in prime location of siliguri ,where you can find all transporation services,as well as its nearest to hong kong market in siliguri.one can find very nice restaurant namely Gupta hotel for breakfast ,lunch and dinner if looking for hygienic food at affordable price
