Things were so so.

1) Safety issue. Latrine Jet spray gave out hot water causing scalding. When complained about, staff started saying aisa to hota nahi hai and all. I had to go out and buy medicines. Have told staff to check mixing in pipeline and also to inform top management. 2) Rooms do not have much ventilation.

Staff and rooms are good. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it is a good budget hotel.

The cab arranged from the hotel to Darjeeling cost more than normal. We did not know then but found out later. Expect more honesty here. I will not suggest arranging a cab from the hotel.
