Great location near the beach and old French quarters, comfortable room and rain shower. Decent breakfast after they moved us to a sister restaurant that offered more vegetarian friendly options. Wi-Fi was good, staff was very helpful in planning things to do for us. The lounge was cozy to hangout. The rooftop pool is really nice..

At the rooftop, there was a guest on the top floor smoking and kind of oogling at us swimming so we just left after a little while. Wish there was some courtesy rules around sharing the common space

Anil Kumar and team were super helpful and efficient. Thorough with check-in and throughout our stay. The stay was very pleasant.

The massages could have been better.

The staff were exceptionally responsive -- from Anil who checked us in to Daia and Senthil and Karuna who served us dinner, and everyone else we encountered. The decor was minimalist, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the location was convenient for walking around. We had a couple of meals at the hotel, both of which were outstanding -- the moringa soup and the poached egg with bacon powder are must-haves.

There's no elevator, which was a bit of a pain. We didn't envy the staff who had to lug our bags all the way up and down. Fortunately it didn't rain, otherwise it would have been even more of a hassle to climb the outdoor spiral staircase to the room. There were plenty of mosquitoes everywhere despite Good Night, mosquito coils, etc. -- though Odomos spray was abundantly available.
