1.over rated 2.over priced 3.mini bar wasn't refilled 4.accessibility to rooms above was dangerous as it had narrow spiral stairs not advisable for older citizens and kids.Please avoid if you want to have a couple of drinks too. Room service was bad. Food was ok. Breakfast mediocre. Overa

It's awfully over rated.The stairs leading to the rooms are extremely uncomfortable as they are spiral stairway.And even the comfort of the room was very average. Not with money we paid.The food was very mediocre. Especially they said complimentary breakfast and the worst is they come out with bread and jam.There was no spread of Breakfast we could choose.Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place for stay or for food.

People were extremely kind and sweet The hotel is really charming and well located

The manager promised us a room by written and could not give it to us, as he probably promised the same to another customer… Fortunately the staff tried its best to compensate the lack of trust and professionalism of their manager. Beside that the hotel remains a very good choice, probably the best, in Pondicherry.

la villa is a beautiful property in the middle of the french quarter of PUNDICHERRY. A little green oasis. The staff are not perfect but try very hard and give their best. Normally we don t use the restaurant in the hotel we stay. But in this case, we looked at so many other places , only to end up at la villa. In the garden, magic in the evening. Very good food. Wonderful breakfast . A particular thanks to Shanta, Hans and Lakshmi for looking after us

a little expensive, but nice room next the the pool with own terrace. So no complains

An excellent select little oasis in Pondicherry with a great team of people who strive constantly to look after the guests. The tasting menu is something not to be missed, very well done La Villa and all your team.

Leaving after 4 fantastic nights.
