Nothing, it was a horrible property

Everything, there was nothing to like about the property - AC was not working, it was not cooling the room - TV remote does not have batteries, every time I need to call reception to turn on the tv and they took around 30 mins to 1hr to come - there are Cockroaches in the room and bathrooms - Cupboard did not have lock, I had to take laptop and documents with me while going out - I had to ask for water bottle and towel then they gave it, they did not keep it in the room while cleaning / setting up the room - Water bottle was filled with the water from a container, it was not a sealed bottle, not sure which water they used to fill it - They took additional money while checking in (699 rs extra) - Suddenly in the night time (around 11:00-11:30 pm) water stopped in the bath room, got to know the pipeline was broken - This is not a hotel, they used the rooms in the flat and convert them into hotel rooms - There was no night lamp so I had to keep the tube light turn on entire night - Mirror in the room is broken - It’s not at all like images given in the app - They do not have soap shampoo, they have a body wash / hair gel dispenser but with that gel I could barely wash my hand, how can someone take a bath. - Hand spray of commode was broken and water was dripping from it, the stand to hang it was also broken

I am not satisfied with the booking.com incompetence wherein the booking was reflected at Rs 15K + for a 2 days stay at property when I initially booked at on Rs 2K.
