The hotel staff told that the property is sold out so there is no hotel,i was completely clueless where I have to go in the mid night.Its completely phatetic.

Location of the stay

The staff was rude and did not give the correct information of the booking They did not accept the booking done from the booking.com and charged extra money as they will not accept the booking.com bookings. Staff did not accept the booking at all. Charged extra for the booking and for an hour late check out
