Staff didn't have knowledge about payment methods. I was made to pay more amount i.e. 1800 approximately than the confirmation received from booking.com. I had to pay as I wasn't keeping well and it wasn't physically possible to search another hotel. Upon departure they were not even ready to give invoice. The property manager was way too rude in his way of dealing. My booking confirmation says 3200+ tax which was approximately 3600 but the hotel made me pay 5866 in total... Expectations were too high but once we entered the room we had many tragedies 😡😡😡😡😡😡there was many cockroaches ...room was untidy.
