Staff. The owner was a humble person, he personally helped us with parking.

Responsive staff- the receptionist was a newbie and was giving vague answers, but the other staff covered up for him and made up for it. Room size is fairly decent, excellent wi fi connection. The exterior of the hotel and the room itself (minus the bathroom) were fairly neat.

Very unprofessional setup- although staff were helpful and responsive, they were not professional in their approach, and the hotel overall had a small town feel. Bathroom hygiene leaves much to be desired- stained potty, much junk behind the ventilator window (debris from previous guests not cleaned for ages)- soap wrappers, cigarette butts etc. Shower does not work- old fashioned bucket and scoop for bath. No fridge and water kettle in the room. When I asked for tea one day at 15:30, I was told 'kitchen opens at 19:00' by the new receptionist. (set right from the next day when one of the older staff informed the receptionist that it is possible to serve tea at 15:00 onward)

Staffs were good and humble Free Wi-Fi available with good speed

Room, furniture and bathroom are old TV is old fashioned
