"Wrong Details on Booking"

Nothing whatsoever. Its so sad wen you read about the facilities and about a Hotel but when you actually stay you realise that all the so called attributes only exits in the virtual world.

Eveything. Start from the parking-not secured and just two slots adjacent to the main road. Check in was a horror story-not even entered-"Pay advance first"??? Like the rest of the Hotel the Reception was dingy, dirty and unlit. We were placed on the first floor and went to the lifts-was told "Lift is not working"-later on one of the staff informed u "Lift was shut off"??? The room was bad and so was the toilets-There were two taps and both taps Heads came off. Can keep writing reams about this terrible place. My question-"Why does Booking.com have such a third rate place on its site???

It's a lodge and not Hotel. No luxury. Zero value for money. Very typical and poor environment. Very unhappy hooked with you. RatiNg shown are misleading
