Hotel Prasad NX

Enjoyed a night close by the train station which was easy to get to and from Churchgate and the airport. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached served delicious food at a reasonable price. Very accommodating for a short notice booking after another hotel cancelled on us upon arrival.

Too many mosquitos in the room for our liking given there weren't any windows. Room was slightly smaller than others.

They did not speak English very well which made it difficult to communicate sometimes

Convenient location for Bandra Terminal station was we were on a late evening arrival. So booked it for that reason. Bedding was clean, room was average. Shower only got warm and not hot.

Would not accept non-Indian cards, so we had to pay in staff. Manager was a bit abrupt with us. paid in cash. asked for a receipt four times before finally being given an invoice. Today I have had an email from Booking.com saying the hotel said we didn’t stay 🤬 Presume hotel are trying to get more money. So glad I managed to get invoices to prove we stayed and paid them. Overall I think we should have stayed somewhere else and just arrived later.

Food is tolerable

They cheated me of my refund money now if I ask them they are saying management changed. Employee Who assured that my money will be returned is not even picking my call now. Don’t trust them with cleanliness, they gave blanket with holes. They said refund will be made and now the show attitude and rudely talks as if do what ever u want. I still am calling everyday to get my money back yet not one person will respond back and they’ll give some random number and say talk to him he’s our manager. Extremely disappointed and helpless as I lost my money.

- most important: I got food poisoning from the hotels kitchen after eating their kebab for dinner , spent 2 days on a toilet/ in bed - location is horrible: the hotel is in a slum area, filthy smelly street full of garbage - the normal room was tiny, the deluxe room was spaceous but without window, horribly humid and horrible air - both types of room had almost no place for my clothes, one silly drawer - room decoration feels like a bathroom - breakfast choice is terrible, cant even bring me a toast only a very poor indian breakfast - they dont even provide a toilet paper, only some rough tissues…had to go out to buy one - for the price of 4000 rup per night you can find a decent place, this is a dump
