reception staff has no sense of hospitality, not accommodating nor are they particularly helpful to guests.

The Hotel canceled our reservation 2 Hours before arrival in Mumbai. Since we arrived at 2 am in the Morning and all other hotels were full, we didn‘t find another room for the Night so we couldn‘t sleep at all that night - After 15 hours of flight really annoying! The Hotel didnt give us any appropriate reason, just told us that now they were completely booked. We could only assume thats how they run their business : take reservations on booking.com and when you arrive late at Night they just give away your room to other guests who arrive earlier and then cancel your reservation. So be aware that a reservation on booking.com means nothing to this Hotel! Very bad experience

Had to change dirty bed sheet when we arrived No toilet roll Only 1 towel Reception staff very unhelpful as we arrived late Sketchy area at night
