"Bad"

Hopeless, Behavior of Front Desk very bad. When we went, they simply refused our booking & said we have no berth. We forgot to close the inventory & now we do not have space. After that he excuse of payment but i object it because we have secured the payment with credit card so he could not refuse on this ground. Not recommendable at all.

The hotel were clean and the staff were indeed good, value for money.

The staff were indeed good other than one particular guy who received us during the time of check in. He seems unwelcoming to us. Did not address my concern properly. And the coffee could be better.

The staff is very friendly, and Mr.Sanjay is very cooperative, he also give us free early check-in. But also all the staff is very friendly and co-operative. The room are also good and comfortable.
