Nothing - awful

We have been staying all over Kerala in basic, cheap accommodation - but this place (which was more expensive than some places we’ve stayed) was awful. Bathroom and bedroom were very dirty. Stains on bed sheets, beds very uncomfortable. Cockroach in our room. The booking (made on booking.com) stated 2 double beds - but when we arrived, the room only had 1. I was staying with my brother - and they gave us a mattress so he could sleep on the floor - which actually wasn’t the biggest problem. The general condition of the accommodation was just extremely poor.

Wifi worked

First room, it was raining heavily inside from the broken window, walls and bathroom both very dirty, strong smell of mould - we then requested another room had to paid extra for a room that was superficially clean
