Orea Superior Rooms

Gorgeous apartment, so tastefully decorated super quiet at night. Pool so clean and normally no one else in it (only 3 apartments). Lots of food options- fish taverna Andreas 15 min walk delcious with lovely view, Porto roullis also delicious fresh fish! Hiring a car is easy & recommended unless happy to chill at the pool. Xigia beach 25 mins Pigadi beach) is the pretty. Would recommend ‘Porto vromi Marie’s tour & fun’ for boat trip to shipwreck beach.

Supermarket down the road a little expensive but lots of supermarkets nearby (near akyanas beach).

We booked all 3 rooms together with 2 other couples and enjoyed a peaceful stay and the beautiful view from the room. The pool is one of the reasons we chose this accommodation and it did not disappoint us. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

It would have been useful to have insect nets fitted to the windows.

An amazing property The room was pretty clean and comfortable. The host also very friendly and helpful.

The entire place is very nice. There are only 3 rooms, but a big swimming pool (usually not used by anyone) and a beautiful green garden. The room is clean, nicely decorated, it has soft bed and pillows, new furniture, AC. The bathroom is big, modern, with all you need, even beach towels. The hosts are wonderful people, very nice and useful and met all our expectations: always very responsive, helped us with questions and recommendations. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, supermarket (opened between 08:00-23:00), ATM, gas station, bakery, even a small beach at 10 mins walking, near Vardiola restaurant, which offers delicious Greek food. I definitely recommend the location: small and cozy, peace and relaxation.

If you want to walk to the beach or stay at the location during the vacation, this place is perfect. But if you want to visit the island, you need a car. There is a parking lot in the back of the building.

Absolutely perfect; Gerry was a very kind and attentive host. The pool was very large and usually empty, making you feel very tranquil and relaxed in (almost) your own pool! The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, with much-needed aircon. The terrace was a good size with amazing sea views and pool views. The shower room was modern and spacious with regular towel changes. The kitchenette area had everything to make breakfast and lunches / light dinners. Gerry often left fresh apricots from his tree, which tasted delicious! The supermarket very nearby is open every day and late too. The sea is just a 10mins walk away and the restaurant there, Vardiola, offered lovely Greek food right by the waves. Definitely would recommend staying here as it's very central for getting to the north, west and south of the island in much the same time (approx 40mins). 10/10 and thank you Gerry!

You definitely need a car; the island has a lot of beautiful spots, which are accessed by wild and windy roads (a small car is advised!), but are definitely worth it! The accommodation has a good car park at the back.

Very nice and cosy room. Exelent location, splendid view, exelent hospitality. Orea superior rooms are the most beautiful place in zakynthos to spend your vacation. Ideal place for relax. Hosts are wonderful people!

the pool is big for just 3 rooms in the villa, not busy at all and feels like it is my private pool, and the room as well is comfortably nice, and the owner of the place are both very nice people, the couple are both so accommodating and friendly, they always ask me if i am ok or do i need anything. they even let me check out very late as my flight back to UK is delayed for 5 hours it was moved to 19:40 instead of 14:30 and the owner let me me stay in the place until 5 pm, i have never met a hotel/villa owner as nice as they are! definitely coming back and stay in their property if come back to Zakynthos in the future! thank you to both of you! the property is accessible to everything, like there are few restaurants nearby where you can eat and drink as well as the beach is just walking distance, there is also a bus if you want to go to Zakynthos town as well as taxi.

nothing, maybe just a suggestion to serve food as well in the villa like breakfast, although its not much of the problem because there is like 3 different places you can have food just across the road and a super market like 5 mins walk from the villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Orea Superior Rooms very much!! The place is wonderful surrounded by olive and other trees. The room was really well equipped, big enough for 3 (even if it is originally for 2 people) with a very nice design and decorated nicely. The bathroom was really big wich is completely unusual in Greece. Gerasimos and his wife have been taking care of every detail to make our stay as much as comfortable. The pool deserved the name „pool“ as it was really big with a lot of space in it, well temperated and clean. Overall I can clearly recommend to book your stay there. You will relax and the same time you are not that far away from Zakynthos town ( only 20 minutes by car) If we could give 6 stars out of 5 we would do it!
