The location and vibe of the place is beautiful. Great space of occasions. It is a really fancy spot.

Features that typically come automatically in 5start hotel/resorts need to be specifically requested daily, including housekeeping. Room service had a long response time. Buffet system for complimentary breakfast was not available as the hotel was empty, but we were also told no rooms were available during booking. Unfortunately at checkout we were accused of using the mini bar when we didn't. May have been a backend mistake, but this was a bad look for a relatively expensive hotel.
