Location of property is good.

Bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty , they are smelling even some spots are clearly visible on pillow and bedsheet. They don't even given water bottle, toiletries and AC ............. And fan was sounding like anything so almost i was moving here and there in hotel corridor in night till 3am ., even door of balcony we can't lock & curtains of balcony of the room was so small it can not cover full balcony. So overall staying in hotel was pathetic.

Excellent value given location on Mandrem beach, and adjoining facilities. Basic but clean, comfortable rooms. Sea view balcony was ideal to enjoy the shade and breeze. Restaurant had extensive food offerings, laid back atmosphere.

Reception not always staffed, and difficult to get information from. It wasn’t until my third day that I was informed I could get help in the restaurant (questions about booking taxis, yoga class availability, laundry, payments, etc)

The staff were tremendously helpful when I had an incident and needed help in finding local services

Mandrem beach. Prana cafe. Artjuna cafe.

I liked that it’s close to the beach. Quiet. Staff quite nice but sometimes hard to find.

More clean surfaces from dust. Could be white sheets. Hard pillows. Their own chairs on the beach - they were quite old and lots of litter around the chairs.
