The Riverside

The location is simply amazing - for me best and most beautiful part in Mandrem. Just a few steps from wonderful long beach walks. Everybody is very friendly and the restaurant is great - all through the day and evening.

Sometimes there were other guests which liked to party at times I would have preferred quietness ;) And I only learned during my stay, that it is best to ask for cleaning (instead of expecting it to happen on a very regular basis). But once you ask, it is taken care of immediately and spotlessly.

Very nice location with clean and spacious rooms and a good restaurant right on the beach. Very calm and quiet environment, great to escape the busy and sometimes overwhelming India. Great place if you like water sports, as it's surrounded by surf schools and also a kite school is located here. And if you still seeking for a little more action, a party or gathering, Arambol beach is only 20 minutes walking distance.

Staff is rather reserved. They are nice and helpful if you ask for something, but in general not very attentive.

Room was clean, spacious, and well furnished. Very close to the beach and restaurant. Great menu and great Indian dishes. Service was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and super friendly.

Excellent location. Owner is very cooperative.
