the room, linen and toilets were neat. The toilet had anti-slip tiles which was very good.

the manager initially refused to provide accommodation stating that the amount paid is too short and was demanding Rs.2500 suite room cost. After so much arguments and talking to owners, I paid extra and got accommodation. This has happened for 3 rd time with Booking.com. They show one rate and take money, but the lodge owner demand extra. The Booking.com services were not available / not reachable. Very poor service by Booking.com

I book online room via booking.com in just 900 rupees, and booking is confirmed, but when i was visit this hotel, so they told us, no room is avilable and they charge a room from 1850 rupees for one night only. I was checkin in 11:45 at night or i was checkout at 7:30 in morning but charge 1850 rupees. I request you to dont trust them.

1) i did not get AC rooms though i booked in advance 2) hotel charged me extra 500 rupees because the room which i booked was not available during my check in time 3) for double room the bathroom facility was outside room and it was not attached 4) when booking was made it was confirmed with AC but hotel staff denied to provide

This booking is a fraud played by Booking.com & Lakshmi Residency. Both are cheaters and fraud played in the customers. Lakshmi Residency doesn't recognize the terms of booking and charged me Rs 400 extra. They refused to give Receipt for payment. Don't lift the phones. Very rude behaviour. Even Booking.com should be taken to task by concerned Govt agencies for patronizing such malpractices.

I don't like your patronizing fraud hotels.
