Close to the beach. Great sea view. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

The toilet needs cosmetic repairs. There is no partition between the balcony and the neighbors. Small selection of food in the hotel cafe

"Needs maintenance but the rest are okay"

At first, we came to Amed for a snorkeling trip, but the weather wasn’t good at the time, so we decided to stay in our room until checkout. As a local, I had high expectations when we arrived. The villa is very close to the beach and its snorkeling spot, as well as restaurants, diving centers, and has a nice receptionist.

The room needs maintenance. The floor is quite dirty and smelly. The bedsheets have dark spots—having a small spot is okay, but there are too many. The TV doesn’t have a connection, and the room doesn’t include enough electrical outlets to even plug in my water kettle. Hehe. In the bathroom, there isn’t a bathroom mat, so we had to use a hand towel as a substitute. At night, it was difficult to sleep because of a very noisy motorcycle; the sound was loud enough to disturb our sleep. Maybe the room needs better soundproofing. As a local with experience staying at other villas in Bali, this villa is great, but you might find others that are more worth the money. Keep upgrading!

Its was beachfront and close to some great rest and cafe not far from sunset point. We stayed in room 3 downstairs its the best room.

The beds were so hard no give at all. Towels are old and smell our bed sheets had not been changed from the last person as there was hair in the bed and stains.

The room and the view are gorgeous. Directly at the beach and also the pool is quite cute. The location is good as well.

Well we were in the best room 07 ! On top floor with no neighbours & all round view of Agung & oceanfront . Only one word for Alam resort ! Absolutely superb in every way . Tinny & staff were just amazing with a beautiful pool & always had icy cold Bintang ready to enjoy . Love Amed & especially this great small hotel with great seafood restaurants nearby .

A bit of shelving in the bathroom would be nice
