The Vantage Haveli

its a great place to live the couple who doing your hospitality is the great compassion for their work. doing is with the heart and time. its happy to see them in your nearby for your help in the premises. keep rocking if you have mid range budget or want to feel luxury in the cost living simple rooms of indian style.

We stayed only one night to do the Ranthambore safari. The staff was very helpful. They also mediated with our safari tour guide due to an error in our tickets. The place was very clean and we had a nice breakfast. It is a family business. It is easy to find but if you reach there by night like us be sure to get in touch with the owner to get the right way.

Vantage Haveli is a cozy place, run by a wonderful couple, that offers everything you could hope for: warm hospitality, delicious food, and impeccable service. The home-cooked meals prepared by Mr. Manish's wife were absolutely amazing! Every dish was packed with flavour, and it was clear they were made with love, care, and from scratch. Dining there felt like enjoying a meal with family, and it was a true treat to experience such authentic and fresh cooking. The rooms were simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to return to a tidy and welcoming space. One of the best aspects of staying at Vantage Haveli was Mr. Manish's incredible help in organizing our tiger safari in Ranthambore National Park a few months before our stay. The communication via WhatsApp was prompt and easy. He secured jeep tickets for us in our preferred safari zones, making sure we had the best chance of spotting wildlife. Their local knowledge and connections made the entire process seamless. If you’re looking for a place that combines the warmth of a homestay with exceptional service, Vantage Haveli is the perfect choice. We left rested, happy with the safari and with full stomachs :)

The wife of the owner was very nice and a good cook. The dinner and breakfast were very good. The room was clean and the A/C worked very well. When we arrived our Uber driver had a surprise set of toll fees we weren’t expecting and the owner was able to cover what we were short.

The hotel is well off the main road and took a lot of effort to find as it’s apparently listed incorrectly on Google maps. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones to have experienced this, so a heads up before we arrived would seem appropriate. We had inquired about laundry when we checked in and were told it could be done and wasn’t expensive. We asked how much but he said it would depend on the amount which of course made sense. We turned a bag in of mostly very lightweight items like underwear and Under Armour assuming that laundry was charged by weight like every other place we had used in India and Sri Lanka. I asked again when I gave it to the wife (the owner who spoke English was out of town for the day)what the cost would be, but she didn’t speak English so I never got an answer. Upon checkout with the cab waiting and a train booked leaving soon, we got our bill. We were charged a bit more than expected for the meals, but still reasonable, a service fee since the woman helped us book the train, another service fee for helping with the Uber driver, unexpected but not unreasonable, some taxes not listed on Booking, again, unexpected but but probably legit, and then saw the laundry bill. It was literally more than we paid for the room! 2kg of clothes was literally 10 times what we had paid to have the same clothes washed on 3 previous occasions on this trip. The guy then revealed they charged by the item and each item was about $0.75! So 10 pair of no show socks and underwear were $15 and then our shirts and shorts doubled that. Given that we had asked several times how much the laundry would be and were never told anything about a per item charge, this is clearly a scam. I didn’t have enough money to cover the bill since it was twice what I’d expected. The owner wouldn’t budge so we had to stop on the way to the train at an ATM and I gave the remainder to the tuk tuk driver who then told us he had heard similar stories about the owner. Caveat emptor.

The owner of the property and the staff who cared for me were just excellent. The owner booked all my 5 safaris in 5 different zones. He selected the best safari zones for me. All well prepared a month before my arrival. On arrival had a warm welcome. The room was spacious. He punctually got early in morning to drive me off to the safari vehicle pick up point on all days. Food was all my choice. The food served mouth-watering and met all my demands (photo). Overall, the whole family took good care of me (Family photo on their roof top attached). I spotted tigers on 2 safaris, at very close range. It was an unforgettable experience staying at the Vantage Haveli! My heartfelt thanks to the owner Mr Mani Sharma!

The property was about 650 meters interior from the main road, a 10 minute walk. But this minimal inconvenience was fully offset by the owner personally driving me for all my safaris to the main road. He arranged all transport needed, including pick-up and drop-off to airport. So, the location is still the best for the price!

The hotel room was spacious and clean. It’s basic but totally worh the price and we loved it. We appreciate the fact that we got breakfast after coming back from the safari which was after 11 oclock.

No tv in our room, we do not mind mind it but some ppl mind miss it.

The owner is great here. Good nature, politeness, genuine, just excellent. He'll help you out wherever he can with all possibilities.

We had a great stay for one night in the vantage haveli. It was clean and well-equipped. Manish was a very lovely host. He organized a driver for us to get to Agra on very short notice, he organized to get a printout of our Safari boarding pass and was always there when we needed his help. For the safari pick-up it's only a short walk to the main road. We can highly, recommend the vantage haveli!
