The venue is very beautiful, and its greatest asset is the surrounding (with a lot of stairs). The staff is helpfull, and they try to manage all your needs.

We don't have internet in the room and the water was smelly somethines (after the big rain).

Very nice property, beds were a little harder than we like but normal for Asia. Our room could have used a cost of paint but otherwise comfortable. The staff is amazing, they really provide excellent customer service. Close to town and location for ferry and water sport pick up/drop off was perfect. Pool and chill areas was nice.

Beach needs some work, and don’t allow locals to fish at the resort. It was very sad to see them catch the beautiful blue fish just for sport.

It is one of the rare hotels with an incredibly beautiful view; you wouldn’t even need to go anywhere else. Because I have asthma, they kindly gave me a better room. The pool is spotless, the beds are very clean, and even on days when breakfast is not an open buffet, they provide plenty of food. The staff are extremely helpful

In such a beautiful hotel, there were no face towels in rom.There was only one small bar of soap for two people. I think this is an issue related to the housekeeping staff, and the management needs to pay attention to this.

Breakfast could be much better. Breakfast is better for Asian people. But when you want cheese, they bring.

the resort is large and i never expected that our rooms is far from the beach and main lobby. however, thinking back, it is just ok. it is us who go for cheaper options.
