I liked the location, lunch and the restaurant staffs. Safety was good.

The room was quite costly and was not cleaned properly when provided. The marble flooring is not polished and was so dirty. Breakfast was not for my taste buds. The other amenities/facilities has only been provided after multiple requests and that was not easy.

Basic amenities inside the room can be improved! Water kettle was not working, though there was a pantry, no cutlery were available. Aircon was fitted in all the rooms, but one of the remote was not working.

The stay was pleasant. Room sizes are bigger and spacious equipped with all necessities. Food quality was also. Staff and manager were helpful.

I have asked for extra decoration as it was my anniversary and wanted a surprise so kept it discreet. However, on the main event night staff called the our room and asked for us to pay for the decor. I mean we were staying extra night and could have settled in final amount but instead my wife picks the phone and she was surprised with price they asked for decoration. I know have agreed in advance on it but should have checked the photos. It was basic and not at all worth it. The balloons was not the same color I asked for and instead of rose petals it was odhul flower from which small bugs was crawling on bed. Had to clean everything. Other than this, had a great experience. Manager patiently listened to this and offered some discount.

A big no to this place when it comes to quality of food , quantity and attitude of restaurant manager. 1. Money making business when it comes to quality and quantity of food. - Refer photographs below for size of chapati, 300 rupees chicken popcorn and a portion of rice.. 2. Restaurant manager attitude appears to be a taxi driver or some dhaba waiter , with zero knowledge and proficiency in the field of hospitality. There was issue in the bill (error in billing from restaurant). When we complained about quality of food the restaurant manager approached to our vila in an unprofessional way and left the vila by banging the door with both hands in the pockets.( quarrelled with female member in our group). The waiters/Supporting staff and front office team appears to be more knowledgeable and professional. 3. Morning breakfast options are too poor with cheap quality. There are much better place where you can find the real taste ,culture and professional hospitality staff to make you feel that you have chosen the right place in Goa.
