Hotel was clean and the ambiance was nice. For family one of the best villas option in North Goa. Staff ms. Sudha was so polite. Overall perfect destination with nice staff and wonderful break fast.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The room was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. While the lane to reach it is narrow, it’s perfect in its distance from the beach as well as the crowd :)

The breakfast was good.

I don't like the location which is quite far from the market center. The reception person is always asking and messaging for the little due payment which is quite awkward.
