ININThe staff were good, the restaurant staff was very courteous.
The front office staff can be a bit more considerate on the guests. It will be good to be upfront and straight forward instead of providing standardised response. The room given to us was a single room which is not what we booked.
ININthe rooms are small, and items are showing their age. great location and accessibility to Gandhipuram is the sole reason for my stay there. food is expensive, but there are good options nearby.

INININStaffs are not at all friendly and they are very rude to Customers. They don't have enough double bed in that property & trying allocate Twin bed for all customers. Also it has resto bar & too much noise with the crowd. Not suitable for family stay.
