ININININDuring the online booking I booked a king size bed. But after check in I was provided a room with two small bed which is not comfortable. And i am totally unhappy. When i called the receptionist, he told me the room is allotted based on availability. The booking I made was a confirmed booking, how come he say that "the room is allotted based on availability'' Unethical behavior of the hotel policy.
INthe property is at the city centre
the room was horribly noisy. the property is located right beside the bus stand and the room was so poorly insulated for sound, the whole night was with horrible bus honking. literally no sleep.
