Bed sheet was not that thick making it little hard to sleep on and hot water facility improvisation could help.. i had luke warm water in that AC room which doesn't help much

Hi Sapphire Boutique Hotel, .During my recent stay from 6th to 18th October I faced a few issues which I request you to address. First my room 228 had seepage on the ceiling which resulted in mold in the room air , Almirah was dirty inside , sofa and curtain apolhstry was stained, housekeeping number never connected from intercom so for every housekeeping request I had to call reception, head board of bed was dirty. Secondly, your hotel have just 2 or 3 iron tables that too are torn and dirty. Please arrange for new, rotating them among guest is a big issue. The biggest one is with breakfast, it's served cold , hot plates are ineffective, servers doesn't order fresh batch until current batch is consumed I raised this with main server but it did not help.....I would wait for you to address these issues in my next visit.

Good location, very central.

Quite noisy area, due to bad sound insulation of the rooms not so convenient, no quiet nights.

I have stayed here a few times and the place seems to be getting worse. The last time, bathroom had noisy thudding sounds in ceiling all the time audible in outside. And the AC stopped working in the middle of night.

The Location was good.

There room I had did not have any window light for me that’s a deal breaker and the kitchen needs to widen the breakfast options. They refuse for one to even carry a banana from breakfast which is very strange. They also refuse to receive payment in USD and will not refer you to a place to do the currency exchange. So you’ll have to figure things out yourself if you miss doing it at the airport kindly note the airport have very bad rates.
