front entrance is up stairs. so at first the front it don’t look so great, however once you inside all is excellent.

Great location - close proximity to the Kashi Vishwanath temple and important ghats. Rooms are comfortable and are equipped with facilities one would get in more expensive hotels. Good value for money. The staff is polite and courteous.
