great clean room with good staff and most importantly location of the hotel was 10 min general working distance from the temple and ghat

Not much of a choice in breakfast. From two items had to choose one.But the plus point was we felt at home & also felt appreciated. I always used to think that the best hotel experience would come from something amazingly luxurious. But no— the thrill of super luxury is a game of one-upmanship, designed to satisfy vanity, not curiosity. And all thanx to M K Grand to have all amenities of a 5 star embedded in a 3 star😊

More choices in their breakfast menu would have been welcomed

Staff behaviour, cleanliness and location.

No separate place for eating, food is served in room. Quality of breakfast is also not very good.

Best location.It was easy to go to ghats and shopping walking.Comfort of room allowed us to go for sightseeing many times each day . Five days spent in Hotel M . K . Grand will always remain fresh in our memories Thanks to hotel staff and their kitchen staff.

it was pretty good in general

bellboys and stuff come to your room every 15 minutes like to their home. bringing bills, wanting to clean something or to say do we need help. they ring at 8am to say good morning and do we want breakfast. at the end we were tired of them more than tired of dirty in Varanaci

The room was clean when we arrived, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. They also let us check in a little early

Staff were not attentive or helpful. For example when we asked if we could get a taxi to the airport they said they couldn't help. The hotel is just a series of rooms, without any communal space which is quite limited for a hotel charging these prices.
