Samawa Transit Hotel

My friend and i were looking a place to crash one night as our flight would be on the next morning. So we came across 3 hotels near the airport which we visited and finally chose this hotel simply its being clean and well-maintained hotel. they also provide free shuttle to airport so it's a big plus for us. It was less than 5minute drive so the location is also nice. Room was quite spacious and the ambience was relaxing, we were heading home after our trip to Tambora mountain and Moyo island so we do need a hotel to compliment our fatigue. Breakfast menu was ok considering there weren't many people staying that day but the food was plentiful enough. The only thing I would ask more was the shower since sometimes the water came out very little, but other than that, this hotel is worth it.

My experience... Location: near airport, in the middle of Sumbawa Besar town. Check in and out: helpful staff and fast check in out process. The room: Surprisingly good, spacious with balcony, very clean and tidy, standard amenities, spacious bathroom. The restaurant: need improvement in food variety and taste. The spa: very good and really help to cure my sore back from 8 hours driving from Lombok. The staff: very helpful, always smiling, no tipper. Miss Putu is the one with most beautiful and warmest smile. Overall I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this hotel and will definitely come back when I visit Sumbawa Besar.

This hotel reminded me of a British colonial hotel, with its dark wood and fancy decorative accents. The several lounge areas were very quaint and comforting. The room was of a good size, well-furnished and the balcony was a bonus. The bathroom was clean but could be bigger for the price. Service was fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable though all the food was cold and the juice/milk were warm. Dinner service was top notch. WiFi was pretty good! Would stay again!

Staying here for total 6 nights,it was really disappointed for the first night because we had twin bed instead of double bed, but because we were very tired we had a good sleep.Staff really polite and friendly,they have fast internet access and free drop off and pick up from the airport. Even though we love the bread as they made it by them self I think they need to add more options on the breakfast.

If u come to sumbawa besar I recommend u this hotel coz is near by airport and the have everything for city tour.. So just book n pay wat things do u want to do.. Ohh also for rebting car they give the price lsit also this to make u feel not rip off.. The room it self very well maintained n clean..they give u free shuttle also to go airport.... Even tough u can walk not more then 10 mnt..❤️😁😁

the hotel is clean, warm reception they smile a lot. spacious rooms are average. toilet is not that clean and dry. breakfast is good, good choices. good for transit in the area. they have atm near it. they also have a cafe.
