The staff treats you like you are their family members. Really clean rooms. Staff are their Piller to this hotel.

The bathroom is slippery and especially hard for older people.

We had booked a suite room and it was not worth it.

Location is good maintain the breakfast time they told mor 7.30am but they take 8 am

Overall it’s good and money worthy and comfortable place

Break fast is good, but approach to restaurant is not good

House Keeping Staff Should know either local language or English, all of them speaks Hindi only, they could not understand our local language and could not speak single word of English, taken so much of time to deliver basic items like towels. Just for cost angle, of late people are appointing other states labour and not thinking for service to the customers

Location-Heart of the city Difficult for parking
