Friendly staff great location calm and tidy atmosphere. You people are really awesome. Reception gave swift response for all the needs both day shift and night shift. The security never failed to give a smile.Saffron Restaurant food was awesome in the case of quantity and taste. Mr.Ranjith over the restaurant doing a great job. Loved will come again for sure next year.

Blankets are really worse, Upgradation much required.I request hotel to provide multiple elevator access card. I hope you people will fix these soon.

"bad attitude of staff"

the room service staff forgot to bring me dinner ( claimed they were confused) didn’t provide alternative meal option. had to sleep hungry

The size of the room is good. The bed sheets and pillow covers were clean. Breakfast was good but more varieties should have been there

The towel was dirty. It had big black stains as if it was not washed. The face towel in the bathroom was missing. The AC swing was not working.
