C’est un lieu hors du commun qui permet de découvrir le Chettinad et ses palais. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Le personnel est incroyable, merci notamment à Alphie et toute l’équipe de l’accueil, ainsi que l’équipe de restauration. Le service est digne des grands hôtels que nous avons fréquenté en France. La cuisine est délicieuse, très fine et la carte propose un large choix de plats. Petit déjeuner très bon. On peut aussi découvrir des spécialités de la région même au breakfast ! La chambre que nous avions était très belle, encrée dans l’histoire du lieu et en même temps avec tout le confort que l’on attendait. À l’image du Palais qui a été rénové avec goût et modernité tout en restant fidèle au bâtiment d’origine. Les conseils des propriétaires et du staff nous ont permis de faire de très jolies visites (notamment grâce aux vélos mis à disposition). Vous trouvez dans les chambres un descriptifs de tout ce qu’il ne faut pas manquer en passant par le Chettinad.
