Un magnifique hôtel très joliment décoré. Des chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Un personnel serviable et très réactif. Une jolie piscine en rooftop. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Et tout cela à un prix vraiment abordable. Et Solo, un peu hors des sentiers battus, vaut vraiment le détour.

First Impression: The hotel made a great initial impression. ​Hotel Design: I found the hotel itself to be beautiful, with a unique design. ​Potential: I feel the hotel has a lot of potential

​Food Quality: A fish dish at Le Palais was served raw, which is a significant quality and safety issue. ​Noise Disturbances: I was disturbed by loud renovations in the adjacent room on two separate occasions: ​Once at 8:00 PM in the evening. ​Again the next morning at 6:30 AM. ​Service & Staff: ​There was a lack of attention to detail and proactive service. ​It felt like the staff was "surprised" to see guests. ​I had to personally go to the reception to resolve the noise issue. ​Overall Experience: My initial positive impression was completely ruined by these recurring service problems. The service did not meet the basic standards I would expect.
