Room size was good

Bedsheets were not clean and bathroom had leakage

Loved the location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were also staff who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, which I truly appreciated.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I did find housekeeping to be below the expected 4-star standard. On the first day, my room wasn’t serviced, and during the stay, items like coffee, water, and toilet paper weren’t consistently replenished. I had to follow up with the front desk to get these sorted. I’m sharing this feedback as I believe it’s important to iron out these small chinks to enhance the guest experience going forward.

The Terrace by Ladder was such an amazing destination, perfect location, very easily accessible. Wonderful staff who took very good care of us the whole time we were there. The restaurant has amazing food where you get to choose the Indian or Continental style of food. Amenities are top notch, super clean, they provide everything you need, even an iron box guys, I was so elated! Made our trip very worthwhile, would definitely be back there some other time.

The room given on the second day was good and comfortable since it was a suite offered as a mistake for accommodation offered on day 1.

Booking .com do not take take money for booking this accomodation and thus they missed our booking inspite of calling them the previous day, due to big group of school students from Hyderabad but soon they realised on our arrival and somehow adjusted us in a small room as we were 3. But infact they repaid us back by providing us a suit the next morning.
