Checkin and checkout was smooth- staff even at midnight were quite helpful. Howver one negative was that Bathrooms smelly Hot water was not available .

Very kind and responsive staff Having restaurant was an asset good location good room layout ample storage Good bathroom Felt safe even for solo female traveller's Good breakfast which was complimentary Elevator

The quality of spa was less than expected The cleaning staff were eager and polite but need training about how to clean the bathrooms and floors better Bathroom toiletries could be upgraded
